The Yellow Pseudochromis is a vibrant and eye-catching fish native to the Indo-Pacific region. With its entirely yellow body, it brings a splash of color to aquariums. These fish grow up to 4 inches and require a minimum tank size of 29 gallons. Although they are semi-aggressive, they generally coexist peacefully with other fish, corals, and invertebrates, making them an excellent addition to reef tanks.
When introduced simultaneously, Yellow Pseudochromis can be kept in small groups. However, they may occasionally harass smaller fish. They thrive in tanks with ample live rock, which provides hiding spots and opportunities to hunt small invertebrates between meals. As carnivores, their diet should include meaty foods such as mysis and brine shrimp, high-quality frozen foods, and premium flake and pellet foods to ensure their health and well-being.
