These wrasses grow to about 3 inches and require a minimum tank size of 55 gallons. They are excellent jumpers, so a secure lid is essential to prevent escapes. Generally peaceful, they coexist well with other fish, corals, and invertebrates, making them ideal for reef aquariums.

While Conde's Fairy Wrasses are generally calm, they can show aggression towards each other, particularly males. It's best to keep them in groups of females or one male with several females to minimize conflict. They thrive in tanks with established live rock, which provides a natural source of tiny invertebrates for them to snack on between meals.
