Trumpet Corals are vibrant and stunning LPS (Large Polyp Stony) corals. They feature a solid central skeleton from which their large, fleshy polyps emerge.

Trumpet Corals are available in a variety of colors, ranging from deep blues to bright neon greens and yellows. They are relatively hardy and easy to maintain. These corals thrive under moderate to high lighting and require moderate water flow. You can place Trumpet Corals almost anywhere in your aquarium. If you notice your coral retracting frequently, try adjusting its position slightly to encourage better polyp extension.

These corals are generally peaceful and have short tentacles, so they don't require much space between them and neighboring corals.

Primarily, Trumpet Corals obtain their nutrition through photosynthesis, but they also absorb nutrients from the water. Evening feedings of small meaty foods like mysis and baby brine shrimp can promote growth and vitality.
