Cryptocentrus pavoninoides, commonly called Bluespotted Watchman goby, is a Goby from the Western Central Pacific.
It occasionally makes its way into the aquarium trade.

The ideal aquarium should have plenty of room at the bottom and a sandbed of at least two inches in depth.
When startled or threatened, they have been known to jump out of uncovered aquariums.
Always keep the tank covered and provide plenty of hiding places to retreat to.
Feeding and Diet:
Will feed off the bottom sifting through the sand. The diet should consist of a variety of live and frozen brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, live black worms, and prepared foods for carnivores. It should be fed frequently.
