They also consume diatoms and cyanobacteria. As herbivores, they require a diet rich in greens, primarily sourced from tank algae. Supplement their diet with nori, marine algae sheets, or high-quality flake and pellet foods. Astraea Snails are a valuable part of any tank's cleanup crew.
