The Orange Diamond Sleeper Goby is also known as the Pretty Prawn, Maiden, Orange Spotted Diamond, Orange-dashed, Diamond Watchman Goby, and Orange Spotted Sleeper Goby. The head and body are white with orange spots. The Orange Diamond Sleeper Goby can get up to six inches in length.

Orange Diamond Sleeper Gobies are very timid fish and will make a great addition to the aquarium because of its longevity. In the aquarium there should be live sand as the substrate. The Orange Diamond Sleeper Goby uses shallow burrows in the sand as refuge. It is territorial, but rarely becomes aggressive towards other fish. It may fight with its own kind unless they are a mated pair.

The Orange Diamond Sleeper Goby feeds off the bottom as it sifts through the sand. Its diet should include a variety of live and frozen brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, live black worms, and prepared foods for carnivores. The Orange Diamond Sleeper Goby should be fed frequently.
