Panda Goby - Paragobius lacunicolus
Also called the Panda Coral Goby, and Panda Clown Goby.
Although small, this is a fascinating fish to keep in the aquarium, especially in smaller tanks.
Found in the wild with small damsels and juvenile hawkfish which share their Acroporid perches.
This fish is full of personality.
It requires a 1 gallon or larger aquarium and prefers branched corals, often resting on them for hours at a time.
Recommended Tank :
Perfect for small Nano tanks 1 gallon or larger, or any small aquarium. Truly a rare find, it is important to house this fish with others who will not pick on it. A restircted shipper because of their small size, please make sure all system powerhead intakes are covered with a sponge, so these beauties are not sucked in to the powerheads. Not territorial with its own kind or others of its family. Be sure to provide some hiding places.
Feeding and Diet:
The Panda Goby's diet should consist of a variety of brine shrimp, frozen mysid shrimp, table shrimp, and frozen food preparations for omnivores.
